- 2 1/2 cups Flour, plus additional as needed (Can substitute 1:1 GF flour if desired)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 cup of any one of the following: butter, shortening, lard, or oil
- 7/8 to 1 cup Hot water.

- 2 cups flour (250g)
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter very cold
- ¾ cup whole milk¹

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Large Egg.
Roll into 1-inch balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 mins.
4 Ingredient Sugar Cookies
1 Cup Butter at Room Temperature
2/3 cup + 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar (Divide the 3 tbsp sugar to roll cookies in)
2 Cups + 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Or 1:1 GF flour)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla (can make without vanilla)
Kneed till soft, roll 1-inch balls into sugar and flatten on baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 14-16 mins.
